Founder: Vivek Tiwari

Vivek Tiwari is the founder of Jankalyan Pratishthan, bringing over a decade of experience in the NGO sector. His passion for social service and community welfare has driven him to work with numerous NGOs in various capacities. After years of dedicated service, Vivek established Jankalyan Pratishthan to further his vision of providing essential social services, including food, shelter, education, and vocational training, to those in need. Under his leadership, the organization continues to grow, fostering a spirit of compassion, support, and community development.

SHRI SHANKAR GUJJAR

Hailing from Satara District, Maharashtra, with an illustrious 30-year career in the Maharashtra Prison Service, serving as a Senior Jail Officer across major central prisons like Yerwada, Thane, Kolhapur, and Ratnagiri. Also contributed as a trainer at the Jail Officers Training College, Pune, shaping the next generation of officers.

Bringing a wealth of judicial and executive experience, this background reinforces our commitment to discipline, integrity, and justice in driving impactful social initiatives.

Priya Waghera

National President (Women’s Wing)

Priya Waghera has been a dedicated and passionate social worker, contributing selflessly to the NGO sector for over 10 years. As the National President of the Women’s Wing, she has played a vital role in empowering women, promoting education, and supporting underprivileged communities across the country.

Her journey is marked by consistent efforts in organizing awareness programs, skill development initiatives, and welfare activities aimed at uplifting women and ensuring their social and economic independence. Priya firmly believes in grassroots change and has actively worked with local communities to address issues such as women’s rights, health, and education.

With strong leadership and a compassionate approach, she continues to inspire volunteers and team members to work towards building a more inclusive and equitable society. Her commitment, vision, and dedication make her a pillar of strength for the organization.

DR. DALIPKUMAR SAGAR( Gujarat)

Dr. Dalipkumar Sagar has made significant contributions across social, religious, educational, scientific, and medical fields. He was honored as the International Ambassador of Peace by the World Literary Forum for Peace and Human Rights (WLFPH) for his work in promoting UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and global peace. His efforts in COVID-19 awareness, aligned with WHO guidelines, earned him widespread recognition. For his valuable contributions, he was awarded the "Samaj Bhushan" Award, acknowledging his dedication to improving society and public health.

Prashant Ramchandra Surve

Maharashtra Head

Prashant Ramchandra Surve serves as the Maharashtra Head of Jankalyan Pratishthan, playing a pivotal role in leading and coordinating the NGO’s operations across the state.

With years of experience dedicated to social development, grassroots outreach, and community welfare, he has been instrumental in expanding our impact across both urban and rural regions of Maharashtra.

Under his leadership, Jankalyan Pratishthan has successfully executed numerous initiatives in areas such as education, healthcare access, women empowerment, food security, and disaster relief.

Vilas Uttam Ingulkar

Mumbai Head

Vilas Uttam Ingulkar is a passionate and dedicated grassroots leader, serving as the Mumbai Head of Jankalyan Pratishthan. With over 5 years of committed service, he has been at the forefront of driving impactful initiatives across the city.

His work includes leading efforts in education, healthcare, women empowerment, food distribution, and emergency relief.
